Bottega Veneta expands creative reach through Alta collection and Barragán Prize

Bottega Veneta is extending its brand presence through both product expansion and cultural initiatives. The Italian fashion house has introduced new leather accessories to support its Alta fragrance collection. This collection, launched in June, features ten Eau de Parfum fragrances based on the ‘Intrecciato Duo’ concept, which pairs Italian ingredients with those from other global regions.

New accessories include Intrecciato piccolo perfume holders in various colors, leather wash bags, and the Sardine hair comb. These items aim to complement the fragrance line, which includes scents such as ‘Always Now’, combining Italian basil with Madagascan vetiver, and ‘Montebello’, which blends Italian citrus with North African neroli.

In the cultural sphere, the brand has partnered with La Cuadra to host the inaugural Barragán Prize. The ceremony took place at La Cuadra, an architectural site in Mexico City designed by Luis Barragán. The event, attended by creative director Louise Trotter and architect Fernando Romero, celebrated Junya Ishigami as the first winner of the prize. The initiative highlights the brand's commitment to fostering dialogue between fashion, art, and architecture.
