Botun to receive new football pitch and facilities

The Ministry of Public Works has received urban-technical conditions to begin preparing technical documentation for a new football pitch and accompanying facilities in Botun. The project is planned for a 9,127-square-meter parcel currently registered as pasture land.

According to documents signed by Minister of Spatial Planning Slaven Radunović, the size, location, and number of objects on the plot must be planned in accordance with UEFA stadium infrastructure regulations. The project may be implemented in a single phase.

The Directorate for Civil Engineering has noted that the project holder must initiate a procedure to determine the need for an environmental impact assessment. Additionally, the Water Administration has provided guidance regarding water supply and wastewater management requirements.
