Boulder hosts various cultural festivals in September

Boulder, Colorado, will host several cultural events throughout September 2026. The 23rd annual Sans Souci Festival of Dance Cinema is scheduled for September 4–6 at the Museum of Boulder, featuring film installations and live performances.

Other upcoming activities include the Community Roots Art Festival on September 19–20 at Vision Quest Brewing, which showcases Colorado-based creatives of color. On September 20, the Mapleton Hill Porch Fest will feature live music in the historic Mapleton Hill neighborhood. Additionally, the Boulder Public Library will host the Jaipur Literature Festival on September 22–23, offering a series of discussions and ideas.
