Boule Mich to open new store at Hoshigaoka Mitsukoshi

The established French confectionery brand Boule Mich is scheduled to open a new location at Hoshigaoka Mitsukoshi on October 21, 2026. Founded in 1973, the patisserie is recognized as a pioneer of authentic French sweets in Japan.

The brand was originally established in Shibuya before moving its base to Ginza. Its founder, Kikuhiro Yoshida, received several honors for his craftsmanship, including the Chevalier of the National Order of Agricultural Merit from France and the Medals of Honor from Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
