Boulevard Terrazas de Maipú strip center to face third auction

The Boulevard Terrazas de Maipú strip center is scheduled for its third auction attempt on October 28. The sale will be conducted via the Macal auctioneer website with a minimum price of 320,000 UF, which exceeds 13 billion Chilean pesos.

The property belongs to Inmobiliaria Jepsen, which is currently undergoing bankruptcy liquidation. Previous auction attempts in January and August of this year failed to secure a buyer. The current minimum price represents a 20% reduction from the initial auction price of 400,000 UF.

The auction includes the entire economic unit, comprising approximately 14,500 square meters of construction across two commercial floors and four underground levels. The complex features 143 parking spaces, 18 commercial premises with terraces, and seven Cinépolis cinema rooms. The sale also includes existing lease contracts with operators such as Cinépolis, Starbucks, and AFP Provida.
