Bournemouth and Aston Villa face off in Carabao Cup fourth round

Bournemouth and Aston Villa are set to compete in a Carabao Cup fourth-round tie at the Vitality Stadium on Wednesday, October 28. Both clubs enter the match following significant Premier League victories, with Bournemouth having defeated Manchester United 3-0 and Aston Villa securing a 2-1 win against Manchester City.

Aston Villa manager Unai Emery is expected to rotate his squad due to the demanding schedule. Predicted lineups suggest players such as Brian Madjo and Leon Goretzka may start, while Nicolas Jackson, Garnacho, and Abraham are likely to be rested. Villa will be without Amadou Onana, Matteo Ruggeri, and Aaron Wan-Bissaka due to injury.

Bournemouth, who reached this stage after a 4-0 win over Lincoln City, are expected to field a modified lineup as well. Key absences for the hosts include Alex Scott, Julian Araujo, and Alex Toth, though Eli Junior Kroupi returns to the squad following an injury.
