Bournemouth to reject Chelsea interest in Alex Scott this January

Chelsea is reportedly targeting Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott as a key recruitment goal. While the London club views the 23-year-old English talent as a fit for manager Xabi Alonso’s system, Bournemouth has indicated they have no intention of selling the player during the upcoming January transfer window.

Bournemouth is reportedly determined to keep Scott at the Vitality Stadium for at least the remainder of the current season. Although Chelsea previously had a £60 million bid rejected during the summer, internal valuations at Bournemouth have reportedly risen to approximately €110 million (£94.6 million). While Scott is said to be open to a move to Stamford Bridge, Chelsea may need to wait until the summer of 2027 to secure a deal.
