Bouygues Telecom Bbox email service access and configuration guide

Bouygues Telecom provides a free email service for Bbox internet subscribers, offering @bbox.fr addresses with 10 GB of storage and no advertising. Users can access their accounts through the official Bouygues Telecom mobile application or via the web-based Customer Area (Espace Client) by clicking the envelope icon.

While the service is primarily accessed through these official channels, users can also configure the email on third-party clients such as Gmail, Outlook, or iPhone Mail using IMAP and SMTP settings. Initial login credentials are typically sent to subscribers via postal mail upon subscription.

Users should note that the Bbox email service is distinct from the fixed-line voicemail service. Additionally, the mobile voicemail service was discontinued on July 15, 2026.
