Bouygues Telecom launches three insurance offers with AXA

Bouygues Telecom has announced a partnership with AXA Partners France and Juridica to launch three new insurance and assistance offers for its customers. Starting October 26, 2026, these services will be available in retail stores and eventually online, integrated directly into the customer subscription process with technological support from bolttech.

The three specific offerings are:

• Digital Life Insurance: Priced at €6.99 per month for internet or mobile customers, this covers legal protection for online disputes, identity theft, harassment, and e-reputation, alongside psychological support and remote IT assistance.

• Home Emergency Insurance: Starting at €4.99 per month for internet customers, this provides remote diagnostics and professional emergency repairs for electrical issues within four hours.

• Bill Insurance: Starting at €1.99 per month for internet or mobile customers, this provides a flat-rate financial aid package to help cover digital service bills during difficult times, such as hospitalization or disability.
