Bouygues Telecom reorganizes B2B division ahead of SFR acquisition

Bouygues Telecom has announced a major reorganization of its professional market operations through the creation of the Direction Business Entreprises. This new entity unifies the company’s two existing professional units: Bouygues Telecom Business, which serves large groups and mid-sized companies (ETIs), and Bouygues Telecom Pro, which focuses on small and micro-enterprises (PME/TPE).

Catherine Voisin has been appointed to lead this new division and has joined the company’s General Management Committee. Voisin previously led the Bouygues Telecom Business unit and brings over 20 years of experience from Orange. Additionally, Georgina Lopez has been integrated into the General Management Committee as Chief Information Officer, tasked with managing information systems and artificial intelligence integration.

This restructuring aligns with the company’s CAP 2030 roadmap and serves as preparation for the potential acquisition of SFR Business from Altice France. If the regulatory approvals for the acquisition are granted, Bouygues Telecom is expected to integrate SFR Business’s operations and its more than 2,000 employees, significantly expanding its B2B presence and revenue capabilities.
