Bovalino's La Cava School and Comandini Institute post strong Maturità results
The Istituto d'Istruzione Superiore “Francesco La Cava” in Bovalino concluded its 2026 state exams with 25 students achieving the maximum 100 score, eight of whom earned honors. The results spanned the Liceo Scientifico, Liceo Scientifico – Scienze Applicate, Liceo Classico and the Istituto Professionale per il Commercio, underscoring the school's continued reputation for academic excellence. Director Maria Antonia Puntillo highlighted the achievement as a product of student dedication, staff commitment and strong community support.
In the same exam cycle, the Istituto Professionale per l’Industria e l’Artigianato “Comandini” recorded 88 graduates. While no perfect scores were posted, several students reached high marks, including a 96 in the 5° E class and a 95 in the 5° A class. Detailed grade breakdowns were released for each class, showing a broad distribution of results across the institution.
Both schools’ performances reflect the overall strength of Italy’s secondary‑education system in the recent Maturità examinations.
