Bowling Green announces business expansion and downtown redevelopment

Bowling Green is seeing significant local business and infrastructure developments. Refresh Toys LLC, a retailer specializing in new and used LEGO products, is expanding to a larger location at 102 W. Poe Road. Owner Billy Seiling noted that the move has already resulted in a 1,000% increase in sales, allowing the business to grow from a one-person operation to an employer of six people.

Additionally, Bowling Green has been awarded a $487,000 JobsOhio Vibrant Communities Grant to redevelop 250 S. Main Street. The project will transform a vacant building into the Four Corners Center + COWORK, a mixed-use hub. The facility will provide approximately 8,000 square feet of office and coworking space, alongside four residential units. The center will also house the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce, VisitBG Ohio, and Bowling Green Economic Development.
