Adrien Broner sued for sexual assault, defamation and negligence claims

A civil lawsuit filed in Los Angeles alleges former four‑division boxing champion Adrien Broner sexually assaulted plaintiff Havana Saint and committed other misconduct. Saint says she attended an after‑party on June 2, 2026, drank heavily, and was unable to drive home, so she stayed at Broner’s residence. She claims Broner repeatedly pressured her for sex despite her stating she preferred women, exposed his genitals, grabbed her hand, and attempted to drag her upstairs. The complaint says a second encounter occurred on June 8 at a livestream content house, where Broner allegedly pulled her from the venue, brought her back to his Encino home, again pressured her, and later doused her with ice water during a livestream, causing humiliation and emotional distress.

The suit also accuses Broner’s streaming partner Nurideen Shabazz (known online as DeenTheGreat) of defamation for falsely claiming Saint had sexual encounters with others, and it names the streaming platform Kick for negligence in allowing the alleged misconduct to be broadcast. Broner has not publicly responded to the allegations. The filing references earlier sexual‑assault accusations against Broner from 2018, but no court ruling has been issued in the current case.
