Boy George cuts Frankfurt concert short following technical issues

Boy George cut his performance short at an ’80s-themed event at Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt, Germany, after performing only three songs. The singer cited severe technical issues with his in-ear monitors as the reason for the early exit.

Following the incident, the Culture Club frontman initially alleged on social media that the technical crew had intentionally sabotaged his set, stating, “I know the stink of sabotage.” He claimed that despite requests to lower the volume, the monitors grew increasingly louder, making it impossible to hear his own voice. However, he later deleted the accusation, noting he had “enough hate to deal with right now.”

The festival organizer, Markus Krampe, has denied the allegations of sabotage, contradicting the musician's account of the technical failures.
