Boy survives wild boar attack in Cuttack, Odisha
A teenager in the Cuttack district of Odisha, India, survived a wild boar attack by wrestling the animal to prevent further injury. Suman Behera, a student from Gopalpur village, was near a canal or river when the boar charged at him.
To defend himself, Behera grabbed the animal and held on tightly until a fire services team arrived. Rescuers eventually secured the boar with a rope and released it into a nearby forest. Behera sustained injuries during the struggle but was admitted to the Banki Sub-divisional Hospital, where his condition is reported to be stable.
