Boyacá drivers excel in Gran Premio de Tractomulas qualifying

Drivers from the Boyacá region performed strongly during the qualifying rounds of the Gran Premio de Tractomulas held in Tocancipá. Competitors from Duitama, Sogamoso, and Tunja demonstrated technical skill in various challenges, including braking tests, reverse parking maneuvers, wet track skid control, and high-speed acceleration.

Participants attributed their success to their daily experience navigating the steep roads of the Eastern Cordillera. The event serves as a cultural and economic tribute to the transport workers responsible for moving cargo and food throughout Colombia. The competition is expected to conclude with a grand final on Sunday afternoon, with organizers anticipating over 15,000 spectators.
