Boydens expands property block management into London

Colchester-based estate and lettings agent Boydens has announced its expansion into the London market after securing its first block management clients in the capital. The firm's first London client is located at a development near St Paul’s Cathedral.

Boydens currently manages over 3,000 units across Essex and Suffolk, including a diverse portfolio of traditional leasehold properties, converted historic buildings, and purpose-built blocks. Their management experience covers various structures such as former mills, hotels, schools, and breweries.

As part of this growth, Euan Shepherd has been promoted to Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. Managing Director Philip Boyden noted that the promotion recognizes Shepherd's dedication during his four-year tenure with the company.
