BP BUMN to audit LRT City project and involve law enforcement

The State-Owned Enterprises Regulatory Agency (BP BUMN) has announced an audit of the LRT City property project, developed by PT Adhi Commuter Property Tbk, a subsidiary of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. The audit will involve law enforcement agencies to investigate potential misuse or irregularities.

Approximately 2,400 consumers have been affected by issues surrounding the project. A special team comprising BP BUMN, the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas, and consumer representatives has been formed to manage these grievances. Consumers will have until October 1, 2026, to inventory their aspirations and demands. A follow-up meeting to finalize a resolution is scheduled for October 15, 2026.

To support the development of the LRT City project across 12 locations, there are plans for a fund injection of Rp456 billion from Danantara. Aminuddin Ma'ruf, Deputy Head of BP BUMN, apologized for the inconveniences caused and emphasized the government's commitment to resolving the matter.
