BPJS Ketenagakerjaan promotes housing benefit programs
BPJS Ketenagakerjaan branches in Bojonegoro and Binjai are conducting socialization efforts to promote the Additional Service Benefit (MLT) housing program. The initiative aims to help workers access financing to purchase or renovate homes.
The MLT program offers several facilities for eligible participants, including Home Ownership Credit (KPR), Housing Down Payment Loans (PUMP), and Housing Renovation Loans (PRP). These financial services are distributed through banks partnered with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
In Bojonegoro, officials highlighted that the program serves as an extension of the Old Age Security (JHT) benefits. Similarly, in Binjai, the socialization efforts focus on improving worker welfare by providing pathways to decent housing through these specialized financing options.
