BPTP Limited names Sanjay Sharma as Chief Operating Officer

BPTP Limited has appointed Sanjay Sharma as its Chief Operating Officer. In the role he will lead the company’s Project Development function, overseeing delivery of residential, commercial and township projects across the National Capital Region. His responsibilities cover contracts and procurement, planning, safety and quality, as well as cost and schedule discipline.

Sharma brings more than three decades of experience in real‑estate development, having held senior leadership positions at DLF, Runwal Realty, Puravankara, Emaar India and Eldeco Group. He holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University. Vishal Singh, CHRO of BPTP, said Sharma’s expertise will strengthen the firm’s project delivery agenda as it expands its footprint in the NCR. Sharma said he is excited to join BPTP and will focus on strengthening systems and processes to deliver high‑quality projects consistently and on time.
