BPTP Limited opens WA VANA eco‑friendly residential precinct in Faridabad

Real estate developer BPTP Limited announced the launch of WA VANA, a premium gated residential precinct in Sector 80 of Faridabad, India. The project draws on the Japanese Ikigai philosophy and incorporates five Japanese principles to create an intergenerational, wellness‑focused community that blends sustainable design with modern living standards.

Key features include an approximately one‑acre Japanese Forest with a Shinrin‑Yoku (forest‑bathing) trail, Zen gardens, bamboo groves, meditation pavilions, yoga decks, jogging paths, children’s sensory play areas, community gardens, water installations and an amphitheatre.
