Bracchi acquires VIM and Greenway Logistics to enter Benelux market

Italian logistics group Bracchi has entered the Benelux market through the acquisition of two Netherlands-based companies, VIM and Greenway Logistics. These firms specialize in logistics services for small and medium-sized enterprises within the fashion, sport, and lifestyle sectors.

The acquisition establishes a strategic hub in the Venlo-Tegelen area, a major European logistics district, providing Bracchi with a northern European platform to complement its existing presence in Italy and Southern Europe. VIM operates as a ‘one-stop-shop’ for integrated supply chain services, including inbound transport, warehousing, and outbound distribution, specifically assisting extra-European brands entering the market. Greenway Logistics focuses on shipping consultancy, demand aggregation, and CO2 emission monitoring.

This move is the third major acquisition for the group since late 2023, following the purchases of Mateco in 2024 and Rostock Trans in 2026. Following these expansions, Bracchi reports consolidated revenues exceeding 270 million euros, a workforce of over 700 employees, and a client portfolio of approximately 1,750 customers.
