Bracciano to host Storie in cielo e in terra festival

The third edition of the “Storie in cielo e in terra” festival will take place on September 4 and 5, 2026, at the Bosco di San Celso in Bracciano. Designed by Fernanda Pessolano of the Ti con Zero ETS association, the multidisciplinary event is dedicated to the literary heritage and ecological themes of Gianni Rodari.

The festival aims to combine theater, children's literature, and science to promote ecological practices and culture through interactive experiences. Scheduled activities include “La notte dei pupazzi in biblioteca” (Night of Puppets in the Library), a natural theater, a “danced path,” and a nocturnal walk involving science and dance to observe nocturnal insects.

This year's program also features a “junior passport” for the Cammino dei vulcani, allowing young participants to engage more actively with the landscape and the festival's educational goals.
