Bracell internship program wins IEL Bahia 2026 award

Bracell's internship program in Bahia has won first place in the ‘Internship – Innovative Company’ category at the 23rd IEL Bahia Award 2026. As a result of this regional recognition, the company will represent the state at the national stage of the competition, scheduled for December 2 in Curitiba.

Organized by the Instituto Euvaldo Lodi (IEL Bahia), the award recognizes initiatives focused on professional training for young people. The Bracell program, established in 2023, utilizes a methodology called ‘Tripartite Study’ to gather feedback from interns, managers, and mentors. This approach allows the company to structure a learning path that combines behavioral development, technical training, and practical experience to improve talent attraction and retention.
