Brad Pitt jokes about giving acting lessons to Neymar Jr

In an interview with Esquire, actor Brad Pitt jokingly suggested he could provide acting lessons to football players to help them better simulate fouls. While watching a match between Paraguay and Germany, Pitt expressed disappointment with the quality of players' performances when attempting to draw fouls, calling them “one of the worst performances I have ever seen.”

Pitt specifically singled out Brazilian footballer Neymar Jr. as his first prospective student. He remarked that while Neymar moves “like a dancer on the field,” the player still needs assistance in learning how to “sell the scene” with more subtlety and realism to avoid looking exaggerated.
