Brad Pitt survival thriller Heart of the Beast set for September release

Paramount Pictures has released the final trailer for ‘Heart of the Beast’, a survival thriller directed by David Ayer and starring Brad Pitt. The film reunites the actor and director following their previous collaboration on ‘Fury’.

The story follows James Belmont, a former Special Forces officer, who survives a plane crash in the Alaskan wilderness. Alongside his retired combat dog, Odin, Belmont must battle extreme elements, including freezing temperatures and hunger, to survive the harsh environment.

Director David Ayer emphasized the central role of the animal in the film, stating, “We really made the dog a living character, complete, with a full presence of feeling.” The film is scheduled for a theatrical release on September 25th.
