Brad Pitt survival thriller Heart of the Beast to premiere in Tennessee

Paramount Pictures will host the global premiere of the survival thriller ‘Heart of the Beast’ at the FirstBank Amphitheater in Franklin, Tennessee, on September 16. The decision to hold the event in a Nashville suburb was reportedly requested by star Brad Pitt, who sought an outdoor venue away from traditional Hollywood hubs in Los Angeles or New York to better connect with the film’s core audience in the American middle.

Directed by David Ayer, the film follows a Special Forces officer, played by Pitt, who must survive the Alaskan wilderness alongside his combat dog, Odin, following a plane crash. The production emphasized practical filmmaking, with the crew filming in remote, natural locations to achieve a sense of realism. The film also stars J. K. Simmons and Anna Lambe and is scheduled for theatrical release on September 25.
