Medox’s decision follows a pattern among the siblings: sister Shaylo legally changed her name from Shaylo Pitt‑Jolie after turning 18, and sisters Zahra and Vivien also ceased using Pitt in public contexts. The family, which includes brothers Pax and twins Nox and Vivien, has been estranged since Pitt and Jolie’s 2019 divorce, which followed a 2016 private‑plane incident and subsequent allegations of abuse that were investigated by the FBI but resulted in no charges.
