Braden Peters, influencer known as ‘Clavicular,’ charged with rape in Massachusetts

Braden Peters, a 20-year-old social media influencer known as ‘Clavicular’ for his involvement in the ‘looksmaxxing’ subculture, has been charged in Massachusetts with rape, drugging a person for sexual intercourse, and procuring alcohol for a minor.

The criminal charges stem from an alleged incident on May 23, 2025, in Chatham, Cape Cod. According to court records and police reports, the victim, a 17-year-old girl, met Peters through Instagram. She alleges that Peters paid her to appear in his livestreams and instructed her to tell viewers she was 18 and that the vodka he provided was water.

The victim reported becoming heavily intoxicated after consuming alcohol at Peters’ family home. She alleges that after a livestream ended, Peters engaged in nonconsensual sexual acts.

These criminal charges follow a civil lawsuit filed in Florida by Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, also known as Alorah Ziva. In that suit, Mendoza alleges Peters injected her with Aqualyx, a fat-dissolving substance, without her consent during a separate incident.

Peters, who resides in Florida and is not currently in custody, has denied the allegations through his representative. He is scheduled to be arraigned in the Orleans District Court on October 14.
