Bradesaúde approves R$ 250 million interest payment as Bradesco nears capital increase

Bradesaúde has approved the payment of R$ 250 million in interest on equity (JCP), according to a decision by its Board of Directors. This represents a gross amount of R$ 0.0855148860 per share. After a 17.5% income tax deduction, the net amount will be R$ 206.25 million, or R$ 0.0705497810 per share.

Shareholders holding shares as of September 24, 2026, will be entitled to the payment. The shares will trade ex-rights starting September 25, 2026, with the payment scheduled for February 26, 2027.

In a related development, Bradesco is finalizing a capital increase of up to R$ 10 billion from its controlling entities. While this amount is small relative to the bank's total equity of nearly R$ 190 billion, it is intended to provide security for its ongoing transformation plan, which includes investments in technology, high-income segments, and credit.
