Bradesco celebrates 10 years of AI assistant with 3 billion interactions

Bradesco is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its AI assistant, b. ia, marking a significant milestone in the bank's technological evolution. According to data released by the institution, the assistant has accumulated over 3 billion customer interactions since its inception.

Recent performance metrics indicate rapid growth in usage. The bank reported that monthly customer engagement with the AI has increased sevenfold over the last 12 months. Furthermore, the total volume of interactions has multiplied by 8.3 times, with 74 million interactions recorded in the first half of 2026 alone. The bank also noted a 90% retention rate and an 87% resolution rate for the solutions provided by the assistant.
