Bradford City signs Kieran Morgan and Hayden Matthews on loan

Bradford City has completed two significant loan signings to bolster its League One squad. Midfielder Kieran Morgan has joined the club on a season-long loan from QPR. Morgan, 20, previously played for Tottenham Hotspur and brings experience from the Championship to the squad.

Additionally, Australian international defender Hayden Matthews has joined Bradford City on a season-long loan from Portsmouth. Matthews, a 22-year-old Socceroos player, seeks more regular playing time following an injury-interrupted period at Portsmouth.

Bradford manager Graham Alexander expressed confidence in both players, noting Morgan’s passing range and energy, as well as Matthews’ mobility, composure, and competitive mindset.
