Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services closes all-cash sale in Fort Worth

Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has completed an all-cash sale of a three-story building located at 907 Houston Street in downtown Fort Worth. The vacant 7,131-square-foot structure, originally built in 1905, was sold by 907 Houston Street LLC to 1876 LLC.

The property is situated in the historic Houston Street corridor near the Fort Worth Convention Center, which is currently undergoing a $700 million expansion. While the building features three floors of office space, a basement, and an elevator with rooftop potential, representatives noted that the lack of on-site parking was a primary challenge for the asset.
