Bradley Barcola's PSG future sparks Liverpool and Arsenal interest
Paris Saint‑Germain winger Bradley Barcola, 23, has become the focus of a summer transfer saga. The Frenchman, who scored on his World Cup debut and logged 13 league goals and seven assists for PSG last season, has turned down a €50 million offer from FC Barcelona and chosen to stay in Paris, while PSG have set an asking price of at least €75 million.
Liverpool are reported to be pursuing both Barcola and RB Leipzig’s 19‑year‑old Ivorian winger Yan Diomandé. Sources say Liverpool consider Barcola a potential solution on the left wing and see Diomandé as a generational talent, with estimates of a £112 million fee for the latter. At the same time, Arsenal have prepared a formal bid for Barcola, viewing him as an upgrade to their attack after a Premier League title win.
The dual interest creates a possible “double transfer” scenario, where PSG could sell Barcola to Liverpool and receive Diomandé from Leipzig, easing the French club’s price negotiations. All parties remain in talks, with no definitive deal confirmed yet.
