Paris Saint‑Germain winger Bradley Barcola is valued at more than £116 million, according to The Athletic. Arsenal have been identified as a club willing to break their transfer record to secure his services, with the fee benchmarked against Manchester City’s £105 million purchase of Declan Rice.
