Bradley Chubb and Alaric Jackson face NFL discipline after post-game altercation

Buffalo Bills pass rusher Bradley Chubb and Los Angeles Rams offensive lineman Alaric Jackson were involved in an altercation following the Bills' 37-34 overtime victory at SoFi Stadium. The confrontation occurred at midfield during post-game handshakes and jersey exchanges.

Chubb revealed that the incident was triggered by his trash talk toward Jackson. Chubb stated he approached the lineman to tell him that certain players would not be able to save him in future matchups. This verbal exchange prompted Jackson to throw a punch that knocked Chubb’s hat off, leading to teammates from both sides intervening to prevent further escalation.

The NFL has issued disciplinary actions for the incident. Alaric Jackson received a one-game suspension for throwing the punch. While Chubb did not throw punches, the league fined him $14,329 for his role in the skirmish, specifically for taunting.
