Brady Corporation reports record fiscal 2026 results and dividend increase

Brady Corporation has announced record financial results for its fiscal 2026 fourth quarter and full year, ending July 31, 2026. The company reported 10% sales growth for both the quarter and the year, driven by organic growth, acquisitions, and foreign currency translation. This performance included a 15% increase in adjusted earnings per share compared to 2025.

A key driver of the company's recent expansion was the completion of the acquisition of Honeywell Technologies’ Productivity Solutions and Services business on August 3, 2026. This acquisition, now part of the Intelligent Productivity Solutions business, is expected to expand Brady's addressable market to $14 billion across sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare.

In addition to financial performance, the Board of Directors approved an increase in the annual dividend for Class A Common Stock from $0.98 to $1.00 per share. This marks the 41st consecutive year of annual dividend increases. A quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share will be paid on October 30, 2026, to shareholders of record as of October 9, 2026.

Looking ahead to fiscal year 2027, Brady Corporation issued guidance projecting that adjusted diluted earnings per share could grow by 23% at the midpoint of its guidance range.
