Bragança Paulista launches educational acceleration program

The Municipal Secretariat of Education in Bragança Paulista has officially launched the 'Acelera Bragança – Mais Conhecimento, Mais Futuro' program. Designed for students in the 4th and 5th years of elementary school within the public school system, the initiative aims to recompose, accelerate, and consolidate essential learning.

The program operates through a continuous four-stage cycle: diagnosing learning gaps, pedagogical planning, executing interventions, and monitoring progress. Key academic focuses include Portuguese language skills—such as reading fluency, text interpretation, and writing—and Mathematics, specifically logical reasoning, mental calculation, and problem-solving.

To support these goals, the program utilizes pedagogical tools including SIM material from FTD Educação and the META platform for data analysis and mapping.
