BRAIN Biotech AG has received a milestone payment of EUR 11.51 million from Royalty Pharma. This payment follows the achievement of a key development milestone for the investigational pharmaceutical compound deucrictibant.

The payment is based on a licensing rights monetization agreement established with Royalty Pharma on September 20, 2024. Due to clinical progress, specifically results from the CHAPTER-3 study, the probability of receiving further regulatory milestones of up to EUR 4.6 million and additional commercial milestone payments of up to EUR 92.05 million from Royalty Pharma has increased significantly.

Additionally, BRAIN Biotech AG may receive further regulatory milestone payments directly from the clinical development company Pharvaris N.V.
