Brama Bieszczad commercial park to open in Sanok

The Brama Bieszczad commercial park in Sanok is scheduled to open its first phase on November 29, 2026. Located in the Łany street area near the city bypass, the investment is being developed by Refield and is valued at over 130 million PLN.

The complex will provide approximately 23,000 square meters of space for more than 30 tenants across various retail and service sectors. A second major phase, including the opening of a Castorama store, is planned for the spring of 2027.

The project is expected to have a significant economic impact on the region, potentially creating around 500 jobs both directly within the shops and through supporting services. Additionally, the development is projected to generate over one million PLN in tax revenue for the city of Sanok.
