Brandeis women's soccer defeats Case Western Reserve 2-1

The Brandeis University women's soccer team secured a 2-1 victory over Case Western Reserve University in a University Athletic Association match. After falling behind in the eighth minute to a goal by Emily Callanen, Brandeis rallied in the second half.

First-year player Valerie Bunde scored both goals for the Judges, finding the net in the 65th minute to equalize and again in the 73rd minute to take the lead. Brandeis goalkeeper Amaya Logan recorded a crucial late save in the 83rd minute to maintain the one-goal advantage. Despite being outshot 18-5, Brandeis converted all five of its shots on target to secure the win.
