Brandenburger Theater announces comedy and AI improv events

The Brandenburger Theater has announced several upcoming performance formats. On October 30, 2026, the venue will host the 3rd Brandenburger Lachnacht, a comedy evening featuring an ensemble of five artists including Ole Lehmann, Ingmar Stadelmann, Sebastian Krämer, Vera Deckers, and Bernhard Westenberger. The program will blend cabaret, stand-up comedy, and musical humor.

Additionally, the theater is introducing a new experimental format titled ‘Bitte Text eingeben’ on October 31, 2026. This event utilizes artificial intelligence to generate live scripts based on audience input, which are then performed spontaneously on stage by actors Maike Jüttendonk and Robert Höller. The debut performance will focus on the historical legacy of the GDR, followed by a discussion with historian Dr. Sylvia de Pasquale regarding memory culture.
