Brandon Moreno seeks to defend rankings at Noche UFC 4
Former two-time UFC Flyweight champion Brandon Moreno is preparing to face Joseph Morales in the co-main event of Noche UFC 4 at the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona. Moreno enters the bout following a two-fight losing streak, which included his first career stoppage loss against Tatsuro Taira and a decision loss to Lone’er Kavanagh.
Moreno has attributed his recent struggles to mental hurdles, stating, “Sometimes, you are your own worst enemy.” To address these challenges, the 32-year-old has adjusted his training approach by joining Syndicate MMA in Las Vegas and incorporating head coach John Wood into his camp alongside his longtime team.
The upcoming fight serves as a critical opportunity for Moreno to defend his position in the rankings against Morales, a winner of The Ultimate Fighter Season 33.
