Branislav Grujić acquires former Er Pink airline Imperialdžet

Serbian businessman Branislav Grujić has acquired Imperialdžet, the former airline Er Pink previously owned by Željko Mitrović. The acquisition was conducted through Grujić's company, PF Avijejšn, which is formally owned by Merlako Holding Limited based in Cyprus.

The purchase price for the bankrupt company was at least 14.6 million euros (approximately 1.7 billion dinars). The deal includes assets such as four Cessna 560XL aircraft, a Ford Galaxy Titanium vehicle, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter bus, three tractors, various machinery, tools, and spare parts.

The acquisition does not include flight permits. Er Pink lost its status as an authorized operator earlier in 2024 following a scandal involving the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). The agency had previously demanded the return of its Air Operator Certificate (AOC) due to suspicions regarding the falsification of flight durations and the transport of individuals linked to the Russian regime.
