Braço do Norte distributes new school uniforms to municipal students

The municipality of Braço do Norte has begun distributing new school uniforms to students within the municipal education network. The initiative involves the delivery of over 33,000 items, including jackets, skirts, shorts, pants, and both long- and short-sleeved t-shirts, to ensure students have appropriate clothing for all seasons.

With an investment of approximately R$ 560,000, the program aims to improve student identification and foster a sense of community belonging. Education Secretary Joana Silva Lessa noted that adjustments were made to the garments to ensure they met quality standards before distribution. Mayor Lauro Boeing Junior stated that the seven-piece sets per child are intended to assist families with their daily routines.
