Brașov and Săcele municipalities announce new infrastructure and urban planning investments

Several municipalities in the Brașov region are undertaking various administrative and infrastructure projects. In Brașov, the City Hall has contracted works worth over 136,000 lei to increase electrical power for a new kindergarten in the Avantgarden area. This upgrade is necessary to support the building's technical systems, including photovoltaic panels and heat pumps.

Additionally, Brașov is investing 240,408 lei in a new detailed digital map (orthophotoplan) covering approximately 400 square kilometers. This cartographic tool will assist in urban planning, cadastre, and infrastructure design.

In Săcele, the municipality has allocated 120,000 lei for the development of an urban regeneration strategy. This document aims to identify priority areas for intervention, including abandoned lands and residential neighborhoods like Gârcini, to guide future development and community needs.
