Employment initiatives and job fairs expand across Moldova and Romania

Various employment initiatives and job fairs are being organized across Moldova and Romania to support job seekers and graduates.

In Moldova, the National Confederation of Trade Unions of Moldova (CNSM) held a seminar in Dubăsari to educate young people on labor rights, including employment contracts, wages, and social protection. Additionally, an event in Moldova focuses on the costs and logistics of recruiting workers from Asia.

In Romania, several regional agencies for employment are facilitating career opportunities. In Bucharest, a major job fair for graduates features over 9,000 vacancies from 129 employers. Other significant events include a job fair in Brașov offering 358 positions, and upcoming fairs for graduates in Târgoviște and Sălaj. In Timișoara, the University of Life Sciences is hosting a student-focused job fair through the PROACCES project. Local agencies in Alba and Galați are also reporting specific vacancies and public service transfer opportunities.
