Brașov parents protest proposed daycare staff reductions

Parents in Brașov are mobilizing to protest proposed reorganization plans in local daycares that would reduce the number of caregivers. Adriana Nedelea, a parent and member of the Board of Directors, has raised alarms regarding plans that could leave a single caregiver responsible for a group of children, some of whom are only one year old.

Parents are demanding transparency and urgent meetings with competent authorities. They argue that reducing staff will make the workload overwhelming and directly compromise the safety and quality of care for young children who require constant supervision, feeding, and hygiene assistance.
