Brasfield & Gorrie signs 19,330-SF lease for South Florida relocation
Construction firm Brasfield & Gorrie is relocating its South Florida operations from Coral Gables to Weston. The company has signed a lease for 19,330 square feet in the Weston Pointe I building, which will triple its current footprint in the region.
The move is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027. The company will occupy most of the third floor of the four-story building located at 2400 North Commerce Parkway, west of I-75. JLL represented the tenant in the transaction, while Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, New York Life Investment Management.
This relocation is part of a broader expansion strategy for the general contractor. In addition to the Florida move, Brasfield & Gorrie is expanding its headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama, with a $65 million, 88,000-square-foot building project that broke ground in March.
