BrasilAgro CEO states no farm in portfolio is unsellable
BrasilAgro CEO André Guillaumon stated that the company maintains a flexible approach to its rural property portfolio, noting that no farm is considered “unsellable.” The company’s business model focuses on acquiring, developing, and negotiating rural properties to capture value through investments in productivity, infrastructure, and land conversion.
Guillaumon emphasized that the company is prepared to act on both sides of the market, pursuing both “unmissable” purchase opportunities and “irresistible” sales when prices are attractive. Investor Relations Director Ana Paula Zerbinati reinforced this stance, stating the company is “always ready to buy.”
The strategy involves recycling capital by selling assets once their appreciation has been captured to fund new projects. Regarding financial health, the company’s leverage increased from 0.04x in the third quarter of 2025 to 1.82x in the third quarter of 2026, a level Guillaumon described as comfortable, particularly when considering receivables from land sales.
